Chicken Fricassee

It appears that we have a rooster in our hen house... if this proves to be the case I think we'll be enjoying the freshest chicken we've ever tasted in this house.

Is it Rock Cornish size or larger? Spatchcock the sucker and put it on the grill. Nummers.
